The Pizza Bakery Presents - Hummus Dip | MEX. Exclusive Recipe
Making sure that you can still enjoy the Easter during quarantine to its fullest The Pizza Bakery (F&B Partner- RMZ) brings a delectable Hummus Dip recipe.
Easter might be less sociable this year, but make the most of a sunny forecast. We think Hummus Dip would be a super delicious appetizer to your easter brunch. If you’re a fan of hummus and have never made it before, I encourage you to try it! It’s super simple to make with a food processor and the flavors.

Ingredients:
Boiled Chickpea 500g
Garlic 5g
Tahina Paste 82g
Olive Oil 56g
Salt 5g
Water 125ml
Lemon Juice 4g
Yield 860gm
Method Of Preparation:
Soak chickpeas overnight
The next morning boil the chickpeas until they are tender. once it has cooled down to room temperature it can be stored in a fridge or even frozen for later use
Collect the rest of all the ingredients
In a kitchen blender add the chickpeas and slowly start to blitz it
Add the garlic cloves, tahini paste, olive oil, water and lemon juice in small batches till it forms a fine, smooth and silky paste
In the end, add the salt and check for seasoning
Once ready place it in a refrigerator and can be used for 2-3 days
You can garnish it with a sprinkle of paprika powder and a good drizzle of olive oil
Serve with traditional pita bread or even lavash bread stick to go with it
Enjoy it with pita chips, pretzel crisps or your other favorite dippers.
